Applications T _________________T

I am really getting annoyed with giving my application to Ms.Alonzo and then have her give it back to me because something or the other goes wrong.
I am really lucky that I do not need SRC pre-approval; otherwise I would be dead.
I would be toast.
TOAST.
I am both annoyed and glad.

My application is not showing up...?

Hi,
So right now, I have majorly bad news.
My application, for some reason, is not showing up on the website
So, in distress, I am now trying to view this in a calm manner. I have come to the conclusion that I should resubmit my application.
So, Ms.Alonzo, you can expect a reapplication on Thursday, since I want to redo a little bit of my proposal.

Until next time,

Got my proposal back

Hi,
I got my proposal back.
And I have came to a conclusion,
I am a baka.
I understand myself for using an animal example for a plant experiment, but FORGETTING THE Works cited?
Baka,baka,baka.
Sigh,

Turned in my proposal

Hi everybody,
I turned in my proposal last week, and we are getting them back tomorrow.
I feel like I will still need to make a few corrections, but, it can't be any more worse than it already is, am I right??
Okay, then, I also am going to start thinking about the experiment design.
The class skit was pretty good, in my opinion.
"Why d'you hit him in the head with a pan, Dora?"
My reaction: Oh my god. BEST PUN EVER.
I love puns.

Stress to adaptation

I am now reporting a reason for celebration.
I finally have an idea for what I want to do.
Good thing, since my proposal is due on Monday. Basically, I talked with Ms.Alonzo, and she said that I couldn't inflict stress on humans.( should have seen that one coming).
Then she told me to decide between plants or fruit flies.
I decided to torture the plant, and I started researching on what stresses out plants.
Apparently, high humidity or high heat stresses out plants.
So I decided that maybe I could have three plants, one with normal humidity, which would be the control, and the other two plants would have extremes. One would have high temperatures/humidity (pick one) and the other would have low humidity/temperature.
And then I would see how they would adapt to the harsh conditions.
But I guess that would change the purpose of my experiments.
So I guess my experiment would now be about how quickly plants can adapt to their environments.
I wonder how an experiment about stress suddenly became an experiment about adaptation.
Oh, well.

What to do??

Hi people who read my STEM blog,
I am kind of at a stand still right now, trying to narrow down my question.
I have narrowed it down to freshman, with a sample size of 50, non-athletes. I think I should think about bedtimes, but I kind of doubt it would change any thing.
Maybe I should make a survey????
I really don't know.

First post:))

Hi,
This, as you can see from the title of this blog, is my blog for my STEM research.
I had my one on one discussion recently, and I have decided to do a study on stress relief.
Apparently, though, I have to narrow down my question into something doable that is more controlled.
That'll be fun. ( the study, I mean)
See ya,
Harshini
